Palladium, a material that is just as precious as
platinum and even purer than gold (its title 950 being
greater than that of 750 gold) palladium has, for a long
time, been a horological enigma, because of its compo-
sition, in the pure state, which made it impossible to
watchmaking. Its Fascinated by the beauty of its reflec-
tions and thanks to the expertise of Johnson Matthey,
Parmigiani Fleurier discovered the perfect alloy to
launch its first palladium collection that proved
remarkable for its hardness, ideal for its malleability
and incomparable for its brilliance.
The Kalpagraph model, made from palladium 950,
is the ambassador of its nobility. Palladium has all the
qualities of a top class metal, with its properties of
being exceptionally lightweight, hypoallergenic and
non-corrosive in air. Of course, being very white, there is
no need for any rhodium plating to perfect its beauty. It
is also the first chronographmovementmanufacturedby
Parmigiani Fleurier (Caliber PF 334). It foreshadows the
new, more accessible and sporty path the overshadows
has chosen to follow. The automaticwindingmechanism,
which runs for 55 hours, provides extreme convenience
of use. The care given to its components, which are hand
finished in a traditional way, allows you to reflect on the
very essence of luxury horology in a watch that is, with
no doubt, contemporary watchmaking.

por un exquisito metal, el paladio.
El paladio es un material tan noble como el platino
y más puro que el oro (su valor 950, es superior al del
oro 750), que durante mucho tiempo ha constituido un
enigma para la relojería por lo difícil que resulta traba-
jar con su composición en estado puro.
Fascinado por la belleza de sus reflejos, Parmigiani
Fleurier encontró, gracias a la maestría de la casa Johnson
Matthey, la aleación perfecta para lanzar la primera colec-
ción de paladio, que destaca por su durabilidad, es ideal
por su maleabilidad y posee un brillo incomparable.
El modelo Kalpagraph en paladio 950 se ha converti-
do en embajador de su nobleza. El paladio posee todas las
cualidades de un metal de primera fila: es muy ligero, no
se oxida por el contacto con el aire y es hipoalergénico.
Gracias a su blancura natural, no es necesario aplicar nin-
gún tipo de chapado de rodio para perfeccionar su belle-
za. Además se trata del primer movimiento cronógrafo
que Parmigiani Fleurier fabrica (calibre PF 334) y encabe-
za una nueva línea que la marca también se ha propues-
to seguir, más accesible y deportiva. Su mecanismo de
remontaje automático tiene una autonomía de 55 horas
y asegura una gran comodidad de uso. El cuidado que se
aporta a los componentes gracias al acabado a mano de
una gran tradición, permite reflejar la esencia misma de
la alta relojería integrada en un modelo de cronógrafo
decididamente actual.
