l año termina, y

despide de él con lo mejor y más exclusivo de
la joyería para esta temporada,
Nuestro Compás nos lleva al territorio de Yukón, ubi-
cado en las tierras del norte, casi al final del mundo. En
este viaje, admiraremos los paisajes naturales demonta-
ñas cubiertas de nieve, lagos misteriosos, ríos salvajes y
la noble fauna que la habita, además de conocer a la gen-
te que reside en esta región del mundo.
Con todo y el invierno, los motores nunca se en-
frían, y esto se demuestra con los tres bólidos que
aparecen en este número. La firma italiana Faralli &
Mazzanti nos otorga el Evantra, una obra automo-
triz de soberbias líneas que fusionan lo clásico con lo
contemporáneo. Asimismo, Hennessey nos presenta
el Venom GT Spyder, que basta decir que es un con-
vertible equipado con un motor V8 listo para superar
los 400 kilómetros por hora. Ferrari no podía quedar-
se atrás, y continúa el legado del ya clásico 599 GTB
Fiorano con el nuevo 599 GTO, de motor V12.
El frío nunca será impedimento para poder disfrutar
de un placentero viaje, y en este número, mostramos
tres opciones para cruzar el océano. El Quinta Essentia
de Heesen nos ofrece espacio, comodidad y desempe-
ño en un imponente casco de 180 pies de eslora. Por su
parte, el Picchioti Galileo G, de 182 pies, se perfila para
continuar con el legado de su hermano, el reconocido
Exuma, como un yate que ofrece no sólo comodidad sino
tambiénpotencia. Finalmente, el RFF135PorscheDesign
resulta ser la muestra de un diseño de vanguardia que
podría marcar la pauta en términos de funcionalidad y
estilo para los navíos del futuro.

Our Compass leads to the Yukon Territory, locat-
ed in the northern lands, near the end of the world.
On this trip, we admire the natural landscapes of
snow-cappedmountains, mysterious lakes, wild riv-
ers and the noble wildlife that inhabits it, as well as
to know the people living in this region of the world.
Never mind the winter, the engines never cool,
and we demonstrate this with the three automo-
biles that appear in this issue. The Italian firm
Faralli & Mazzanti gives us the Evantra, a work of
superb automobile lines that blend classic and con-
temporary. Also, Hennessey VenomGT presents the
Spyder, and it suffices to say that is a convertible
equipped with a V8 engine ready to exceed 400 km
per hour. Ferrari could not stay behind, and contin-
ues the legacy of the classic 599 GTB Fiorano with
the new 599 GTO, equipped with a V12 engine.
The cold will never impair to enjoy a pleas-
ant journey, and in this issue, we show three op-
tions for to travel the ocean. Quinta Essentia of
Heesen offers space, comfort and performance in
a stunning 180-foot length hull. Meanwhile, the
Galileo Picchioti G, of 182 feet, a yacht that offers
not only comfort but also power, is heading up to
continue the legacy of her sibling, the renowned
Exuma. Finally, the Porsche Design RFF 135
proves to be the cutting-edge design that could
lead the way in terms of functionality and style
to the ships of the future.
To conclude, the AMURA team acknowledges to
a! Design for the award given to our publication for
the 84th edition Museo Soumaya, in the Complete
Magazine and Journal Article categories, as well as
to everyone who contributed to this edition and
those made during the year.
