The Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum, 'celestial blue' expands the collection with the largest astronomical moon to date.

With this model, Arnold & Son explores the theme of the phases of the moon with details and ornaments that never cease to renew themselves. After a reinterpretation, the details of the Perpetual Moon design are added to the collection in a sky-blue version.

The phases of the moon remain in the background, guarded by a platinum case measuring 41.5 mm in diameter and 11.30 mm thick. The Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum, 'celestial blue' displays the largest of the moons.

The dial is decorated with Stellar Rays. Its aesthetics are achieved by a studied irregular engraving. Different depths and widths of the rays coexist and follow each other, creating their own rhythm.

The large moon, very realistic with hand-painted shadows, is made of white mother-of-pearl with Super-LumiNova. It rests on a grainy, dark blue PVD-treated sky and, in the tradition of the Perpetual Moon collection, is surrounded by the constellations of Ursa Major and Cassiopeia, also hand-painted and covered with luminescent material.

On the back, a secondary moon-phase indicator allows quick and precise adjustment of the moon's age. Its hand-wound caliber, reference A&S1512, has a power reserve of 90 hours.
