uando nos remontamos a lugares que se dis-
tinguen por su tradición náutica, Holanda
viene a nuestra mente y como cuna de este as-
tillero, nos da un sustento para afirmar que éste es
uno que se sirve de la tradición del lugar para hacer
embarcaciones que se apeguen a los tres pilares de
la marca: Pasión, desempeño y perfección, que desde
1978 han sido la regla en Heesen Yachts y que han de-
jado satisfechos a los dueños de los más de 150 yates
que han sido botados de este astillero.
Gracias a ello y como todo barco de esta enverga-
dura, “Man of Steel” fue confeccionadominuciosamente
siguiendo cada instrucción del dueño, una tarea gigante
para el grupo de diseñadores, ingenieros y evidente-
mente para el propio dueño, labor que culminó con éxito
para dar paso a un yate de estas dimensiones.
Con la ironía del nombre (Hombre de Acero) y el
material, tanto de la superestructura como del casco
(aluminio), este gigante de casi 37 metros surca los
mares con gracia y agilidad, sin esfuerzos; en parte
por el diseño del casco y, por el otro lado, gracias al
excelente cuerpo técnico del astillero que hicieron la
selección precisa de motores, estabilizadores y un
diseño aportado por Omega Architects.

yard, it gives us an uphold to confirm that this one
feeds from the tradition of the place to make crafts
that are close to the brand’s three pillars: Passion,
performance and perfection, that since 1978 have
been Heesen Yachts rule and have satisfied more
than 150 yacht owners that have been launched of
this shipyard.
For this reason and like every ship of this mag-
nitude, “Man of Steel” was designed thoroughly fo-
llowingeachowner’s instruction, ahuge assignment
for the designers’ team, engineers and clearly for the
owner himself, task that was successfully completed
to give way to a yacht of these dimensions.
With the name’s irony (Man of Steel) and the
material, of the superstructure as well as of the
helmet (aluminium), this almost 37 meters giant
roams the seas with grace and agility, effortlessly;
most of all for the helmet’s design, and on the other
hand, thanks to the excellent technical shape of the
shipyard that made the precise choice of motors,
stabilizers and a design from Omega Architects.
