MÁS DEL ARTE JEMER Entre otras tradiciones culturales jemer podemos mencionar la metalistería y la orfebrería, la talla de madera y piedra, murales, cerámicas, textiles y te- jidos de seda que datan del siglo I, marionetas y la realización de cometas, que han evolucionado desde la antigüedad, y que hoy en día son muy apreciados por los visitantes. Las artes marciales también están reflejadas en los bajorrelieves de los templos, y en la actualidad incluyen más de 10 disciplinas distintas. Los casamientos jemer contienen elaborados rituales y ceremonias que duran tres días y tres noches, donde se interpretan canciones tradicionales. La boda termina con la Ceremonia del Té, en la que los nuevos esposos ofrecen la bebida a los espí- ritus de sus antepasados. O 13. 14. Khmer weddings consist on elaborate rituals and ceremonies that last three days and three nights, during which traditional songs are performed.
