incrementado su popularidad especialmente en la
zona de Vallarta. Hace una década había muy pocas
opciones de tratamientos de este tipo y actualmente
es una galaxia hedonista para todos los gustos.
Golf
Riviera Nayarit se ha ganado con el paso del tiem-
po un merecido reconocimiento como destino de golf
de gran prestigio internacional. Los majestuosos
escenarios naturales del enclave Riviera Nayarit han
sido un factor clave para la construcción de campos
de golf: actualmente hay cinco campos en activo, dos
en construcción y dos más en fase de proyecto.
La integración de los campos de golf con el fas-
tuoso fondo de bosques tropicales, montañas y vistas
conmovedoras de la Bahía de Banderas han inspirado
a los grandes diseñadores en el trazado de los mismos.
Diseñadores de la talla de Jack Nicklaus, Greg Nor-
man, Tom Weiskopf, Robert Von Hagge, Jim Lipe y Joe
Finger han diseñado campos de extraordinaria belleza
de diferentes grados de dificultad para todos los nive-

El Tigre Club de Golf en Paradise Village
Diseñado por Von Hagge y ubicado en Nuevo Va-
llarta. El campo tiene agua en 12 de sus 18 hoyos y un
total de 144 trampas de arena en todo su terreno, lo
que lo hace un campo muy divertido para los jugado-
res y que le ha permitido celebrar torneos nacionales
e internacionales.

served honor as a Golf destination with a great in-
