esde hace 28 años, este joven astillero holan-
dés ha llevado de la mano a sus clientes para
construir yates a su entera satisfacción, con
toda la calidad y dedicación necesaria para triunfar,
en una región que lleva centurias diseñando y cons-
truyendo embarcaciones. Así es como Moonen se ha
dado a conocer al mundo y lo que le asegura seguir
una trayectoria que trascienda en el tiempo.
Darsea, -nombre con orígenes tanto irlandeses
como franceses y que significa de pelo negro o for-
taleza-, es un yate que representa el espíritu de esta
compañía, el primogénito de la serie 97, creada para
los clientes que buscaban una embarcación con gran
autonomía y un tamaño intermedio, entre el Moonen
72 y el Moonen 124, y con una marcada inspiración en
la exitosa serie Moonen 84 y el Moonen 96 “Clemen-
tine” construido a la medida.
El exterior le debe su forma a René van der Velden
Design y el casco que nos brinda al mismo tiempo
confort, economía y estabilidad, es obra de Diana
Yacht Design.

con la robustez de su casco de acero y la superestruc-
tura de aluminio, nos dan la certeza de poder completar
la gran travesía intercontinental con tranquilidad.

yard has taken his clients by the hand in the
construction of yachts for their complete sa-
tisfaction, with all the quality and dedication that
is necessary to succeed, in a region that has been
designing ships for centuries. This is how Moonen
has introduced itself to the world assuring a tran-
scending trajectory through time.
Darsea, -namewith Irishaswell as Frenchorigins
that means of black hair or strength-, is a yacht that
represents the spirit of this company, the first one of
the 97 series, created for clients in search of a ship
withgreat autonomyand intermediate size, between
theMoonen72 and theMoonen124, witha remarked
inspiration in the successful Moonen 84 Series and
the Moonen 96 “Clementine” custommade.
The exterior owes its shape to René van der
Velden Design and the hull that brings com-
fort, economy and stability is a work from Diana
Yacht Design.
This transatlantic has a four thousand nautical
miles autonomy (more than seven thousand kilo-
meters) that, with its steel hull’s robustness and the
aluminum superstructure, gives us the certainty
of completing the great intercontinental travesty
with tranquility.
