There are over 800 animal figures that were drawn flawlessly, and that have endured the passing of time by the dry climate of the region where virtually there’s no rain. Shaped by grooves in the soil, its origin and meaning is still unknown. It is a true window to the mysteries of history. We ended our tour back stay at Orient-Express Miraflores Park in Lima and a enjoyed a farewell seafood dinner in La Rosa Nautica, a restaurant built on a pier on the coast of Miraflores, inhabited by gulls, Peruvian Boobies, pelicans and larostemas Incas. Peru is a country which seduces with its history, its rich past, magnificent and breathtaking scenery, excellent food and the warmth of its people. It is a journey that invites us to enjoy the luxury that takes us to the great adventure. Atravesando unos majestuosos paisajes del desierto, con valles verdes a donde bajan los ríos de los Andes, dunas de arena ymontañas áridas, alcanzamos Nazca, en la pampa de Jumana, donde abordamos la avioneta para observar las famosas líneas que representan a un colibrí, un mono, una araña, triángulos, manos, una ballena, un cóndor o una figura humana. Existen más de 800 figuras de animales que fueron trazadas de manera impecable y no se han borrado con el tiempo gracias al clima seco de la región donde casi no llueve. Conformadas por surcos en el suelo, su origen y significado queda todavía incógnito. Es una ventana a los misterios de la historia. Terminamos nuestro recorrido de nuevo alojado en el Miraflores Park Orient-Express en Lima y degustamos una comida de despedida con mariscos y pescados en La Rosa Náutica, un restaurante construido sobre un muelle en la costa de Miraflores, habitado por gaviotas, piqueros, pelícanos y larostemas incas. Perú es un país que seduce por su historia, su rico pasado, sus paisajes fastuosos y vertiginosos, su excelente comida y la calidez de su gente.
