En este sentido, las experiencias que se pueden hacer mientras navegas son diferentes. Hablando de barcos antiguos, como Taransay, la experiencia de navegar es un poco como volver sobre un tiempo que ha pasado, esa magia que te da contemplar el mar, leer un libro al atardecer escuchando el sonido de las olas. Pasando a los yates de expedición... Recuerdo el viaje inaugural de Endeavour II a Malta. La belleza de haber hecho un recorrido de 10 días por el Mediterráneo sin tocar el suelo fue increíble: nos alimentamos del poder de un volcán en erupción mientras desayunábamos en el puente, gracias a un barco que es capaz de llevarnos a las zonas más remotas del mundo y a un posicionamiento GPS dinámico que nos sitúa frente a la vista correcta, en relación con la perspectiva de la mesa donde estemos desayunando. Nos unimos a una flota de barcos con intención de pesca de pez espada. Fue interesante seguir este tipo de experiencia en vivo. Cruzamos lugares donde las ballenas vinieron a visitarnos al atardecer, intrigados por la presencia del bote. Y no hay que olvidar las escuelas de delfines que conocimos en el camino. Está claro que las embarcaciones que te permiten permanecer en alta mar durante mucho tiempo también permiten saborear esas sensaciones que te da el mar y que tal vez te pierdas en los cruceros diarios. We joined a fleet of boats intent on swordfish fishing. It was interesting to follow this type of live experience. We crossed places where whales came to visit us at sunset, intrigued by the presence of the boat. And not to forget the schools of dolphins that we met along the way. It is clear that boats that allow you to stay in the high seas for a long time allow also to savor those sensations that the sea gives you and that maybe you get lost in daily cruising.
