The first part of the ride (65 minutes approximately) is in the direction or the northeast to enter Germany, getting further into the Black Jungle and reaching an authentic meal at Alder Wirtshaus. After this feast at noon, there is one more hour worth of transport towards the south to cross through Switzerland and reach the Zurich Lake. Once at the city, at the top of Adelsberg mountain, one can find the prestigious Dolder Grand hotel. This building, built in the XIX century, offers activities like hiking, golf, tennis and swimming.One wing, recently built and designed by Norman Foster, has an art gallery; the hotel houses one of the most recognized spas in Europe. There are two nights reserved at this hotel to enjoy the activities and its surroundings. The first night you will have dinner at The Restaurant by Heiko Nieder (2 Michelin Stars) located in the same hotel and whose dishes have been classified as very fine, and its cava of the highest quality. DAY 5 – ZURICH Room service in the morning. Early golf. One-Michelin-Star lunch at The Pavillion. Cocktails and perhaps a cigar on the terrace at the Bar au Lac. A walk on Bahnhofstrasse- the equivalent of New York’s %th Avenue.- Visit jewelers. Two-star dinner at Rico’s. DÍA 4 –BASILEA / ZÚRICH No solo cambiamos de hotel sino de país. El primer tramo de manejo (65 minutos aproximadamente) es con dirección al noreste para entrar a Alemania, adentrarse en la Selva Negra y llegar por una auténtica comida tirolesa en el Alder Wirtshus. Terminando este manjar de medio día, hay una hora más de manejo hacia el sur para cruzar a Suiza y dirigirse hacia el Lago de Zúrich. Llegando a la ciudad, en la cima de la boscosa montaña de Adilsberg, se encuentra el prestigioso hotel Dodler Grand. Este edificio, construido en el siglo XIX, ofrece actividades como montañismo, golf, tenis y natación. Un ala recientemente construida y diseñada por Norman Foster, cuenta con una galería de arte; en el hotel se localiza uno de los spas mejor reconocidos en Europa. Hay dos noches reservadas en este hotel para poder disfrutar de las actividades y sus alrededores. La primera noche se cenará en The Restaurant de Heiko Nieder (2 estrellas Michelin) situado en el mismo hotel y cuyos platillos han sido calificados como de gran fineza, y su cava de altísima calidad. DÍA 5 – ZÚRICH Room service para despertar. Golf por la mañana. Lunch de una estrella Michelin en The Pavillion. Cocteles y quizá un puro en la terraza del Bar au Lac.
