Bajaremos por la costa este de del Lago Como y al llegar a la punta más baja del lago, en Lecco, giraremos hacía el norte al pintoresco pueblo de Bellagio. Para partir el día a la mitad, antes de arribar a la Villa d’Este, el restaurante Mistral con una estrella Michelin, preparará una comida con vista al Lago di Como. Después de la comida habrá tiempo de caminar por Bellagio antes de llegar a Cernobbio para hacercheck-inen el hotel Villa d’Este, una antigua residencia aristocrática del siglo XVI. La vista al lago por la noche y una cena de doble estrella cerrarán con broche de oro la prima notte italiana. DÍA 9 – VILLA D’ESTE/ORTA Mattina dei laghi italini! (¡Mañana de lagos italianos!) Primero cruzamos el Lago di Lugano por el puente que se encuentra a la mitad de los causes. Seguiremos conduciendo hacia el norte hasta la punta más alta del bellísimo paisaje del lago glacial alpinoMaggiore . En Ascona, el menú del Ecco no será lo único maravilloso que les recibirá, sino también el ambiente y la vista perfecta como marco para las recetas del chef Rolf Fliegauf y su equipo merecedores de dos estrellas Michelin, Ecco está catalogado como el mejor restaurante gourmet de la zona. Después de la maravillosa comida, los autos recorrerán el restante de la costa oeste del lago pasando por Cannobio, Cannero e Intra. Entre el Lago Maggiore y el Lago d’Orta se encuentra el Lago Mergozzo. Tomaremos un pequeñodetour para probar un auténtico café italiano con su galleta típica: Dolce di San Elisabetta , en La Fugascina. Después de esto, dejaremos Mergozzo para manejar hacía el último Lago, il Lago di Orta , y llegar a Villa Crespi, uno de mis hoteles favoritos. No solamente la residencia es magnífica sino también su restaurante dirigido por el ahora dueño del hotel, el chef Antonio Cannavacciuolo.
