Although the new BMW Series 5, Porsche 911 GT2 RS, and Audi R8 GT all possess their own signature German craftsmanship, they too show what can be achieved when superior technology, security, luxury and performance are unified.

The new BMW series 5 has undergone significant changes in its design, though it paves the way for a new generation of technological solutions which, first and foremost, will make this model one of the top luxury sedans in the market.

Porsche, in its own right, has invested its resources and knowledge into the creation of a first-class competitive vehicle; the fastest and mightiest of all of its fleet: The majestic Porsche 911 GTS RS.

Finally, the mythical R8 by Audi has been used as a platform to develop an authentic racing car in its own right which, given its light bodywork and V10, 560hp engine, it will confer to driver a unique sense of performance.

Audi R8 GT

Pure Adrenaline

The four ringed interlaced firm breathed life into this spectacular R8-derived model, which has been the subject of important structural and mechanical renovations to convert it into an authentic competitive vehicle. Only 333 units of this model will produced around the world, with a price of $210,000.00 euros per unit.
The Audi R8 GT weighs less than 100 kilograms less that its predecessor, the V10, 525hp R8, owing to its lighter mainframe, composed of polycarbonates, aluminum, magnesium, and carbon fiber. These elements form a dramatically firmer and tougher chassis, one that is also more aerodynamic and, consequently, and that also delivers a greater performance on the road.

As in al R8’s, the mechanical force is distributed automatically throughout the steering by the Quattro traction system, aided by the R-Tronic 6-speed shift-box. The latter which counts with a Launch Control mechanism to propel the car from a halt to top speed at the fastest speed which the vehicle can possibly achieve.

Only expert drivers need apply
The new R8 GT differs from the R8 5.2 FSI. Its engine has been carefully examined by hand, and has been reassembled with a V10 engine, which offers an increase of 35hp. Thus, the vehicle can now accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 3.6 seconds, and is able to achieve a tops speed of 320 km/h.
The R8 GT suspension can be moved manually upwards a further 10mm from its fixed position, and the ESP stability system can be programmed on or off on the dashboard.

Porsche 911 GT2 RS

The mightiest in history

Its 3.6 liter, twin turbo compressed, 620 hp engine, coupled with a supremely light and aerodynamic bodywork, makes the Porsche 911 GT2 RS the fastest vehicle to have ever been produced by the German firm.

With an increase of 90hp, and a 70 kg weight reduction (in comparison with the 911 GT2), the GT2 RS presents a weight/power relation of only 2.21 kg/hp. This provides the vehicle with unparallel maneuverability, and exceptional performance.

An increase of power and entertainment
Its six cylinder, 3.6L, twin turbo-charged boxer engine variable turbine geometrics – exclusive of Porsche – propels the back wheels by means of a 6 speed shift-box. Designed especially for the 911 GT2 RS, the 325/50 ZR 19 sport wheels convert the extraordinary power of the vehicle into an equally impressive performance and acceleration. From 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in just 9.8 seconds, and from 0 to 300 km/h in just 28.9 seconds, the 911 GT2 Rs can ultimately reach a top speed of 330 km/h.

Beauty and seduction
In aspect, the new 911 GT2 RS (for which only 500 units will be manufactured around the world, and which will be arriving in Mexico at the end of 2010) distinguishes itself from the 911 GT2 thanks in part to its carbon fiber body, deep black mate color, as well as by its broader wheels, lighter rims, and by a “GT2 RS” logo on the side of the doors as well as on the rear of the vehicle. The brand new carbon fiber rear spoiler, which now is now set 10mm higher than in other models, guarantees the adequate aerodynamic precision to provide a greater downforce on the vehicle.

The interior is consummately sport-like, and it can be seen in every aspect of its design as it is wont in vehicles of its kind: lightweight seats made of carbon fiber, as well as slender panels on the doors, which feature leather straps to release them from the main body. The interior color of the vehicle is comes in a standard dark shade, which contrast with the more refined and lighter colored features of the vehicle, such as the central section of the seats, the roof, and the surface of the steering wheel.

The price of these models ranges from US$60,800.00 up US$81,000.00, accordingly.

More athletic, sporty and elegant

After more than six years in the market, the Baveria firm has completely renovated the series 5, which, since it was first presented in 1972, has sold over 5.5 million units around the world.
The bodywork of this newline leaves behind de style of the previous series 5, as it boasts more pronounced, yet fluid, muscular lines that combine the versatility and sportiness of the series 3 models, and the elegance and plum of the series 7, to produce a model of undeniable beauty.

Elegant and Fully-loaded interior
The main cabin has undergone a series of changes, mainly a slight redesign that aims to create a more stylish cabin, furnished with materials of exceptional quality, and state-of-the.art technology to provide the driver with easier access to the main controls, thus enhancing the driving experience.

These renovations will provide further assistance to driver, which can be purchased and customized to the owners needs, or can be found as standards in the upscale models. These include:
Active cruise control with Stop & Go function, which automatically reduces the speed of the vehicle down to a full stop if it senses another vehicle slowing down in front of it.
Parking Assistance system, which aids the driver by indicating whether the chosen spot is large enough for the vehicle, as well as correcting its position in case the driver is having difficulty doing it on his own.

Sorround view system, which is a set of 5 cameras that can be monitored from inside the main cabin and provide a full view of practically any angle to assist the driver when attempting to park in narrow spaces.
