Nine years after its inauguration, Club Piso 51 is under new management and ownership in 2016; its design and offering for current and future members have been renovated. This is the beginning of what will be a continuous innovation that brings with it pleasant surprises.

Better located than ever before, along with other corporate centers in Reforma Av., the current club enjoys incomparable views of Mexico City, including the Popocateptl and Iztazihuatl volcanoes which, on the clearest days, is the ideal spot for admiring them. The helipad is accessible to members of the club, as it occupies the three highest floors of the Torre Mayor.

The club is still a business and networking center of the highest order. Nevertheless, a wide range of cultural, gastronomical, and lifestyle events make it an even more surprising and enjoyable Piso 51. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a private, elegant, and sophisticated environment.

Its redesign and current decoration are the work of interior designer Elena Rezza of Chic Decor NY. She has emphasized elements such as velvet, mirrors with patina, vintage carpets, a selection of books, accessories, and plants that have been especially chosen to create a classic, yet vanguard ambience that is simply unequalled.

The club’s two terraces allow members to enjoy the sunny days while appreciating the most privileged views of the magnificent Chapultepec forest in all of its glory. The experiences - gastronomical, fashion, film, and philanthropic events, as well as the occasional Sunday brunch, are excellent opportunities to experience this part of the club and Mexico to the fullest extent.

The new alliances between brands and corporations which seek to position themselves in such a prestigious place and with such highly regarded members, are an example of the changes generated by Piso 51. Beginning in July, an American Express Centurion Lounge will open—the only one outside of the airport—and it will be the place where card members will enjoy numerous benefits. Another key alliance was made with Bombardier Business Aircraft, which will offer exclusive advantages to members through the club.

A new menu, with fresh and healthy ingredients, has been created in line with the club´s sincere interest for the wellbeing of its members. The club currently sources the finest produce to bring a unique and sensational gastronomic experience to the table. Through the spa, members can enjoy massage and facial therapies, as well as personal health evaluation based on habits, lifestyle, diet, exercise, amongst other traits, to present members with one of four plans that better adjusts to their lifestyles, including the “Reprogram Body Cleanse” (Detox) and “Digestive System Recovery Plan.” The gym is very well equipped and has two trainers available for all members.

The Lounge @Piso 51 is an icon and a “best kept secret” of the city. Recently, it was host to the Rolling Stones, and the place where jazz versions of their songs were played. In fact, Thursdays are jazz nights at the club, and members can also enjoy cinema through the film club, which integrates a network of alliances with production houses such as Mantarraya. The gastronomical festivals feature some of the best chefs from Paris, New York, and San Sebastian, among other meccas of the culinary world, some of which have already been planned for the coming months.

The club features 15 private meeting rooms which accommodate between 10 and 100 people, as well as a main function room that has served as the seat of corporate events, distinguished social gatherings, conference circuits, and even weddings.
