Forty two years ago a story was born on the Zona Rosa avenue in Mexico City, the first Estoril restaurant opened its doors to the public  at  Genova Street. Founded by Rosa Margarita and Guillaume Martin, along side Chef Pedro Ortega, whos cuisine gave the rename which has been sustained unil this day. The menu has achieved to create an excellent balance; managing the union of the beauty in traditional Mexican and French cuisine: Perejil Estoril, Escargots of the house, Huitlacoche Crepes, Pato with Mole among others. 

Today, Estoril Group continues with its avant-garde meeting centers that are based on a excellent ambiance for those who come regularly and have been up-close witness to our trajectory. 

This is reflected on the 2011 opening of its new space, Mistral Restaurant, located at 555 Palmas street. Offering it’s diners a cozy and enjoyable place. Meals and dinners on the menu have a Mediterranean touch, international dishes and the always memorable and traditional Estoril courses. 

 

 

Mistral restaurant owns a unique wine cellar selection, which contains the best wines from different regions and countries. Ideal for social or business convenience, in a chic and relaxed atmosphere, in our extensive terrace or our rooms for private venues of up to 14 people. 

Since its beginnings, the Estoril Group has identified itself with the search of excellence in quality, always keeping in mind the customers satisfaction, personalized attention and the sentiment of belonging to one big family.

These stories are portrayed in our book “Sharing the Table”, being a testimony of the 48 years of journey which involve hard work and unforgettable experiences. Inviting the reader to discover anecdotes behind the recipes, the story of a family deeply passionate about gastronomy and the love of good service, characters that motivated and supported them always and much more. 

This is the philosophy in the management of Diane and Guillaume Martin de Giau, hearers to this tradition. In their words “ Our target is that our clients feel at home, we know what they like. Our intention is to create special atmospheres, where our clients can feel comfortable in our facilities, this way their visit can be more enjoyable.”
