Pichilingue Grand Residence is being built on a plot measuring 17 000 m2, situated on Pichilingue Bay beach, one of Acapulco’s most exclusive locations.

Herwin Godinez Hurtado, president of Urbaín Grupo Inmobiliario, the company that created this concept, explained that they carried out studies and market research that indicated the need for a development focused at luxury and comfort. That was the reason behind the creation of Pichilingue Grand Residence. He said, "Finding a place like Pichilingue for building this development was something that took many years of hard searching and careful planning.

Created by the renowned firm Arquitectum, which is headed by Alberto Crespo Huerta and Albert Crespo Blanco, it has been designed to offer the best spaces, light and spectacular views, by taking full advantage of the location.

 

 

 

 

 

Pichilingue Grand Residence will have 19 floors and 58 three-, four- and five-bedroom luxury apartments, each approximately 350 m2, with panoramic terraces and Jacuzzi, as well as interiors featuring unique decorative elements and installations.
