Esperanza features a small luxury hotel with 50 appointed casitas, six luxury suites and 60 two, three, and four bedroom Residences. AUBERGE PRIVATE RESIDENCES AT ESPERANZA

The Residences at Esperanza consists of 54 three and four-bedroom villas -which one can own full time or fractional. The architecture consists on light stuccos, tile and stone roofing, and terracotta and brown stone. The furnishings are handcrafted, it features local artwork, limestone floors, gourmet kitchens and spacious bath rooms. The Residences at Esperanza offer the services and amenities of a world-class Resort matched with maintenance-free ownership in a seaside vacation residence

Ownership in The Residences at Esperanza afford the Members all the benefits of owning a vacation property of the highest quality for a fraction of the price you would expect to pay. Since there are only a limited number of Memberships available, you have the opportunity to use your vacation home as often as you like. The Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza is not a Timeshare.

Your Membership entitles you to come as often as you wish, no limits. You may enjoy your vacation home for a guaranteed minimum of four weeks each year during the prime season (October through June). The Club can accommodate you on additional dates on a space-available basis. If you are not able to use your planned weeks you may submit two of them to the Auberge Hotel rental program. The rental program provides Members with 50% of the net revenues generated from the rental of your residence. You may also trade your planned vacation weeks at Esperanza with owners at the other luxury Resorts within The Private Homes Collection portfolio.

Amenities include concierge services, pre-arrival shopping, in-residence dining and room service, airport transportation, maid service, fitness center and yoga lessons, sea-side restaurant, La Terraza Americana Casual Dining, poolside Palapa Bar and Grill and two swim up bars, a Members Club Room, Shopping and Spa boutique, a private beach and three breathtaking infinity styled pools.
