Ferretti Custom Line

As part of its new semi-displacement “compact” concept, the prestigious Italian firm Ferretty Custom Line presents its new vessel: the Navetta 26 Crescendo, this being the first of its kind amongst its class.

The Navetta 26 Crescendo was conceived as part of the evolution of the semi-displacement line specifically targeted to owners who prefer lower speeds, yet who also prefer a more comfortable journey, and total silence.

The advancement from the most recent maxi-yacht towards the semi-displacement is a natural development, product of the joint venture between Zuccon Studio International Project, the centre of design and naval investigation Advanced Yacht Technology (AYT) and the team of architects and designers at the Stile Center – these last two being part of the Ferretti Group.

Combining the classic lines of Ferretty with innovating solutions concerning its functionality, the Navetta 26 Crescendo offers more ample spaces in its interior, making them livelier, liveable and more comfortable. It can harbour 10 to 12 guests, depending on the desired distribution, as well as a maximum crew of four. Furthermore, its design took into account its impact on the environment, making it more energy efficient and increasing its navigational reach.

The unmistakable deign of the Naetta line is made present in its classic lines that in turn complement the interior design that makes a better use of space for a more comfortable stay. The shiny elm-tree woodwork chosen for this first yacht, and the gray tones combined with sandy colors Implemented in the interior details create a homely and embracing ambience. The finishing touches, the furniture, and decorations are made to the standards and needs of the buyer, all with the aide of certified personnel at Stile Centre.

The main deck of the Navetta 26 Crescendo features a long cabin, equipped with teak dining table that can be extended to accommodated 8 people; it provides access to the main hall that is then divided between a living room and a dining room. The windows are larger than the ones found in previous models, allowing for more natural light to shine through.

The interior decorations compose a harmonious mixture between the elm and pale oak woodwork. On the right side of the yacht, one finds the living room, equipped with a double seat, a long leather couch and a coffee table varnished in an opaque metallic tone. At the opposite end of the room a plasma television rest on top of a cupboard that can hide the television when it’s not in use.

Towards the prow, on the right side, one finds and extendable table, furnished in a metallic, opaque white varnish with a crystal cover, that can accommodate 10 people. The chairs feature steel frames, and are the furnished with leather,

The galley of the Navetta 26 features a room adjoining the dining room, which seats 4 people. An ample storage area can be used to fit an extra refrigerator. Through the galley, once can access the two twin cabins designed for the crew, each one equipped with a dismountable shower.

The Navetta 26 Crescendo harbours 3 to 4 cabins intended for guests, depending on the distribution that is chosen: a) 5 cabins of 26m2, one main suite, two ample VIP cabins with double beds and closets, private bath, and a mosaic-decorated shower; two twin cabins with private baths, or b) one large VIP cabin, with two large windows and two VIP cabins, one with double beds, and the other with two twin beds, both featuring private bath and shower.

The sky lounge is an ample space that contains the main control station, and panoramic views, and is furnished with a divan and table. This area offers 360° views towards the ocean thanks to its sliding doors. It is equipped with tanning beds, a couch that provides views towards the sea, in additions to a teak table that sits 8.

The state-of-the-art guidance system of the Navetta 26 Crescendo features a new Gi8 system, which facilitates the monitoring and operations of the controls, functions, auxiliary units and alarm systems of the ship.

One aspect that has been carefully considered for the Navetta 26 is the the reduction of noise during navigation. When it reaches a speed of 13 knots, the sound level is kept below the 49.5 db mark inside the main cabin. The same speed does not pass the 57 db mark inside the control station, or the 68 db mar on the upper deck.

Fuel-management and fuel-reduction are achieved by an equilibrium found between the semi-displacement fibre glass hull, and the propulsion systems (including the engines and the propellers). It is also equipped with the Aquadrive system, which considerably reduces the vibrations inside and outside the ships caused by the act of navigation.

In short, the Navetta 26 Crescendo sports the prestige of Ferretti in every detail; from its fine decoration, up to its performance at sea, the yacht combines comfort and serenity, which makes for a pleasant navigation experience.
