A presence in black and white with burred walnut with Lalique insets in stainless steel and beveled edge mirror throughout the interior cannot be less than the fifth ISA 120-foot yacht called M/Y Illusion, which was launched last July.

Externally at first sight, what M/Y sets Illusion apart from its sister yachts is the black line that runs along the length of its hull that includes the hatches together with the stainless steel strip at deck level. Once aboard, it becomes obvious that the external arrangement of the deck and its furnishings are extraordinary and unique.

The design of the flybridge represents a large black mosaic that covers the jacuzzi centrally opposite the line flanked by two generously sized sunbathing areas on each side, totally sheltered from any breezes (on reaching notably speeds of up to 35 knots).

There is also a bar and a large dining table for eight, a cocktail area and a large sunbathing area to starboard of the stern. All the furnishings have been finished in dark teak and complemented by stainless steel and fine fabrics.

The main deck, to the stern, is finished in the same style, with a dining room for eight or a cocktail evening and while the external style does not substantially alter the qualities of the ISA 120’ series, the interiors of the Illusion are unusual and designed with the fine work in ebony with Lalique insets (integrated in the furniture and the indirect lights, mirrors with stainless steel bevels and ceilings of the finest leather, glass coffee tables with reflective bases that appear transparent.

This yacht has the latest technology, which allows it to reach speeds of more than 34 knots half laden with full guest service. With the Illusion, the boatyard has clearly demonstrated that it is fully capable of fulfilling the most diverse dreams of the vessel’s owners.
