Committed to Your Individual Needs

Italian shipyard Monte Carlo Yachts produced the 86 yacht combining the experience, production capacities and support of French group Bénéteau with Italian tradition and design. This is why their vessels are unique, capable of meeting the global demand for functionality and responsibility in luxury goods. Their sense of luxury comes from the need to reinvent style and comfort instead of following trends from the past.

For designers Carlo Nuvolari and Dan Lenard, the goal was to create a vessel that was functional and beautiful with a strong personality. In a Monte Carlo, elegance is as simple as it is natural, with an intrinsic Mediterranean style. In terms of manufacture, the goal is perfection. The construction process is jointly developed alongside extensive technical planning and design, which allows maximum accessibility to implement solutions that limit the transmission of vibrations and noise toward the interior rooms.

The MCY 86 is as unique as its owner’s personality, who pursues specific characteristics, design, space or leisure demands, so their role in creating their vessel is essential for customization and development.

The interiors are spacious and decorated in precious woods and materials such as white alabaster from Volterra, cedarstone marbles, moka cream limestone and hand-made Venetian Murano glass mosaics; world-class design houses such as Hermès, Armani, Poltrona Frau and Pierre Frey were in charge of furnishing. The MCY 86’s design is simply inimitable.

The exterior spaces are an exemplary expression of Monte Carlo Yachts' style and vision. The main deck offers ample space for leisure and sunbathing, with a customizable center table. The interiors offer the option of three-cabin, four-cabin or five-cabin layouts in the lower deck, perfect for a single family or a larger party of friends and other guests. The four-cabin layout was chosen for the first vessel, and it consists of a VIP cabin, the owner’s suite and two twin cabins, plus two crew cabins, totaling five bathrooms and five closets.

The main deck is outfitted for comfort and relaxation with a living room area, an expandable dining table that can accommodate from eight to ten people, plus an extra table for up to ten people in the aft cockpit. A balcony extends from the hull that opens and

closes hydraulically.

Up in the flybridge, accessible from two entrances, there is a smaller galley with two electric grills, an expansive couch with an expandable cocktail table ideal for dinners and the ocean as backdrop, visible through the panoramic glass panels. The hardtop can be made of carbon fiber, and the softop retracts to allow natural daylight and sunlight to stream inside. One of the most alluring aspects of this upper deck is the jacuzzi tub, where you can enjoy the comfort, elegance and efficiency that characterizes MCY.

The 86’s engine room is unusually large for a yacht this size, housing twin MAN V12 1800-1900 engines, perfect for low fuel consumption. Overall, the MCY 86 is built for strength, performance, elegance and innovation in its design, to meet its owner’s needs efficiently, both in comfort and at sea.
