The major redesign of a classic

Domani is one of the first Benetti Classic 121’ redesigned, arising from the success of the Benetti Classic produced more than 10 years ago.

This model features an innovative exterior design with a modern interior and a very practice distribution that gives it great potential for private use and of income. The boat is suitable for long journeys, also it presents great and confortable exterior spaces, as well as cosy and exclusive areas for relaxing combined with an elegant interior. All of them have evocative views over the sea and natural and artificial light play together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

With a sleeve of 7.9 m/26 ft, offers generous living spaces and a variety of options for relaxing or formal occasions and the accommodation is for 10 or 12 guests in five cabins. Its ample outdoor space features a range of amenities such as spaces to sit in the open air, dining or sunbathing, enjoy the jacuzzi or have a drink at the bar covered with the sundeck.

Domani is a semi-displacement built fiberglass boat. His helmet is ideal for sailing comfortably at speeds of 13/14 knots. It has stabilizers zero, which makes it extremely stable when it is anchored. The equipment includes a modern navigation system developed by the shipyard with an integrated bridge presenting the platform Benetti Exlusive Sea Technology (BEST), that integrates all the electronic systems.

Its sophisticated exterior belongs to the famous designer Stefano Righini and its beautiful interior was designed by Carlo Galeazzi.

The Benetti shipyard has earned the trust of its customers since it has been able to interpret the wishes and requirements of their buyers. The Domani is a clear example of a close relationship and trust between client and shipyard. The yacht was delivered on time and within budget in summer 2011.

The Interior Designer worked closely with the owner and together they redesigned the spaces and the concept of the yacht, so that they will adapt it to the particular use of the owner.

A couple of simple examples are common pantry which was modified to create an additional space adjacent to the main hall, where a breakfast bar was inserted to allow the owner and his family sit and move more freely. Similarly, the cover up was lengthened towards the bow to provide more living space on board.

In addition, control cover offers solutions inspired by the large yachts and cabin of the captain, generally located on the lower deck along with the rest of the crew, is now located on the upper deck adjacent to the bridge.

Domani is designed for family use and also for charters. The atmosphere on board is the same, both in the areas of the owner service, which sometimes are used by the owner. In a like manner, the decoration that is located in the cabins, in the living room and the crew area have the same materials.

Decoration has been designed meticulously to the smallest detail, from the frames, the lights, the ceilings to the subtle interplay between the wood, steel and marble lobby. The interiors are characterized by the presence of steel, leather, wood and marble, which are mixed with extreme precision. The main element is tineo wood, very warm, dark color and extremely elegant. To create contrast there are some ebony combined with the tineo. The essence of wood is everywhere, also in the areas of crew, extremely important for the shipowner and emphasizes harmony of all the interior design.

The use of clear skin can be found near the crystals and gives a sense of depth to the area, although there are no mirrors. Another element in the furniture is the effect of grilles on doors, created by the overlaying of tineo wood up mirrors, which gives an interesting effect of transparency and depth. The lighting has been prepared very carefully, many areas are illuminated from behind and this contributes to the soft and relaxing effect.

Different from the previous models, this ceases to be classic, with a living room more spacious, better exploited since the former was interrupted by the stairs that went down to the cabins. Now the access is by stairs that are found in the Hall, which is half of the boat both to go up to the top covers to enter the cabins.

Crossing the room towards the bow is the main cabin, which is the size of the boat sleeve and has the office of the owner, as well as walk-in closets for her and him. Here the entertainment is handled with a main control that gives access to satellite TV, Apple TV and Bose Audio. The guests cabins are located in the lower deck, two of which are VIP and two have twin beds with a pullman bed, ideal for children. These cabins are more spacious than in the previous version of the boat.

Something that much valued the owner in the construction of the boat were the spaces to be able to entertain its guests.

The skylounge lets guests relax and stay together in this cosy area, as well as overseas guests will enjoy a free meal without having so much exposure to the Sun.

Besides, it has a TV screen for this type of entertainment enthusiasts.

For this service has a dumbwaiter to cater all the covers, for what in the flybridge can also enjoy free dining.

This area also allows guests to enjoy a jacuzzi larger standard in this type of boats and a bar in the center.

The garage has a capacity for a tender Castoldi’s 17’ and two waverunners with enough space to accommodate various toys for the entertainment of children and adults.

Domani is one of the Benetti Clasics 121’ most innovative market that put to the test the limitations of the shipyard, and the final result set a new standard for Benetti. Nowadays, the yacht is in Miami and can be inspected.
