The “Dean’s Blue Hole” is found in the west bay of Clarence Town, inLong Island at the Bahamas Islands. It is the deepest blue hole (submarine cave) in the world, with a depth of 663 ft, which is twice the averageof the regular blue holes that usually reach a depth of 360 ft. It has a cir-cular shape and abrupt walls with a high contrast of colors between thedark blue from the deep and a clear blue from the shores.
