Awards, honors and opinions endorse its reputation

Additionally, the Robb Report included the Ritz Santiago among the “Best of the Best” (2004). The restaurant Arola Santiago was rated by the Wilken magazine of El Mercurio with “seven forks” and its jury awarded its cuisine with the “Best New Chef of 2012” award.

The best ratings from guests were given to cleanliness and location, secondly, to the building , to the excellent service, and the value for the money; and in third place, the ratings show that it would please the clientele some lower rates.
