A new concept in executive aviation.
From the hangars of Embraer – the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer based in Sao Paulo – took off the Lineage 1000E, an ultra-large jet designed for commercial airlines, which has been converted into an executive jet that offers the option of dividing the cabin into five exclusive zones with the possibility of making hundreds of configurations.
It is based on the fuselage of the Embraer E-190, an airliner that seats 97 passengers in a three-category or 114-passenger configuration with a single-class layout. By eliminating the use of the cargo hold, the Lineage 1000E was equipped with a large capacity fuel tank, allowing it to double the range of the E-190, making it ideal for transatlantic flights.
It can land at airports where the length of the runway is limited, with a longer range – more than 4,600 nm – combined with a lower weight than an aircraft of similar characteristics.
Inside, the 19 occupants can move around with great ease, as the model has a spacious cabin measuring 84 ft. 4 in long by 6 ft. 7 in high, ideal for adapting the flight experience to the needs of the mission being indertaken, whether working, dining, relaxing or sleeping.
A luxurious private suite
Configuration options include the ability to installa luxurious master suite with a queen-size bed and a walk-in shower. Another option is to create several areas, including a work desk or armchairs for a comfortable rest.
With travelers in mind, especially on long voyages, food and beverage service is provided in a fully equipped kitchen divided into two, where hot and cold dishes can be prepared. It also has a 318 sq ft baggage compartment, complemented by another external compartment of 120 sq ft, the largest in executive aviation.
Comfort in all areas
In addition to the spacious cabin, which is 2.5 times larger than that offered by any other ultra-long-range jet, the all-digital Honeywell Ovation Select cabin management system, which offers passengers a wide range of integrated cabin entertainment, control and communications that maximize in-flight comfort and productivity, incluiding the ability to stay in touch with ground offices.
For pilots' peace of mind and ease of use, the aircraft features Honeywell Primus Epic avionics, a fly-by-wire system that puts the most advanced technology at their fingertips and reduces workload while improving safety, handling and performance.
Reliability is established and proven by millions of flight hours logged on the Lineage 1000E and E-Jets platform, featuring fuel-efficient General Electric engines and a modular design for efficient component replacement. The aircraft also features operating costs, which are comparable to those of much smaller ultra-long-range aircraft, as a result of new refinements in aerodynamics and a weight reduction.
