The menu pays tribute to the culinary heritage of the chef's family, offering dishes such as Brittany blue lobster medallions roasted with ginger-flavored vegetables and white port sauce. Always the highest quality ingredients, sophisticated flavors and creations that celebrate the essence of traditional French haute cuisine.

Roux's right-hand man is executive chef Phil Hickman, who has worked alongside Roux for more than half of his career and has more than twenty years of experience in the industry, having worked at some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, including Noma (Copenhagen).

In order to create a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere, ladies and gentlemen, as well as children over the age of seven, must dress and wear elegant shoes. Men must wear a jacket for dinner and sleeveless shirts are not allowed at any time of the day.

Chef Alain Roux - son of the late Michel Roux OBE - continues the Roux culinary dynasty. Since 1992, he has worked in some of France's most prominent Michelin-starred restaurants; he is also considered one of the top 100 pastry chefs in the world and is a member of the International Relais Desserts Association.
