Cataloged as a resort as unique as the destination itself, Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos has a new and sophisticated author cuisine, “Baja Mediterranea”, that combines the extraordinary abundance and bold flavors of Baja California, with a very acclaimed gastronomic style of the Mediterranean.

Las Ventanas al Paraiso is a part of the group Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and takes control of the Mexican Cuisine, with unique and exclusive culinary options that are looking to taste the subtle flavors of Baja California.

During the year, guests at Las Ventanas can experience the delights and gastronomic diversity of Mexico with a great variety of Mexican menus, weekly events and special offerings in their res-taurants and bars: The Restaurant, The Sea Grill, Tequila, Ceviche & Sushi Bar and La Cava.

The Restaurant offers “Baja Mediterránea” author cuisine combining slight touches of Mexican tastes with the traditional Mediterranean procedures, as well as a menu named “Tastes of Mexi-co”, that includes traditional dishes and original recipes with modern interpretations. Every table has a fabulous view of the vanishing sun at the pool area and the Sea of Cortes.

 

 

At the Sea Grill, the flame cooked menu and wood fired oven (creation from the author of “Cocina del Fuego”, the acclaimed Fabrice Guisset) are complemented with international accents from Baja California. It also offers a Taquiza on Tuesdays, Wednesdays are Guaycura nights with a fire show, on Saturdays a traditional Mexican BBQ is served in multiple small portions, and on Sundays the Molcajete Nights are celebrated.

The gastronomical magic of Las Ventanas, known all over the world, could not be possible with-out the native chef of Avignon, France, Fabrice Guisset, who has introduced the unique style of the cuisine known as “Cocina del Fuego”.

Its menu is based on the flavors from the forest, olive oils with fine and fresh herbs from the season, that come straight from the Herbal Garden of the Resort which has provoked an interna-tional culinary recognition, not only in Los Cabos, but on a world scale.

The Tequila, Ceviche and Sushi bar offers the most innovative ceviches, sushi and sashimi, the best tequilas along with tequila tasting, a combination of education and taste.

In La Cava, guests can sample a tasting menu “the Chef’s Menu”. Located in an exquisite living room decorated and surrounded by the finest wines, dinner is also served in a very unique way. Available only for special occasions for up to 14 guests and at least six.
