Strip House, the famous Manhattan steak restaurant, has opened its doors at the Hotel Condado Plaza of the Luxury Resorts & Hotels chain, in the most exclusive area of San Juan, Puerto Rico
Created by the lamed restaurateurs Peter, Penny y Mathew Glazier (The Glazier Group), the restaurant includes the Monkey Bar, The N.Y.C. Steak House, Bridgewater’s and Twenty- Four Fifth, among others and has been rated as one of the best steakhouses by several US magazines.
The menu, designed by Chef John Schenk, who previously worked at the Nectar at the Hotel Bellagio, before moving Glazier Group’s Monkey Bar, includes the now famous truffled creamed spinach, goose fat potatoes and of course for a supreme experience, the enormous dessert, the 24 layer chocolate cake.
Strip House seats ISO diners in the main room, 43 in the Lounge and 90 in the banquet room. There are also three private dining rooms for a more exclusive experience for 10,12 and 14 persons.
Designed by architect David Rockwell, Strip House traps the senses with its interiors adorned with images of Studio Manasse. Its seductive lighting and red leather upholstered furniture create the perfect ambience for an unforgettable dinner with friends.
Strip House has branches in New York, Houston. Livingston, Palm Beach Gardens, Puerto Rico and Las Vegas, and will soon open a new restaurant at The Ranch Resort, In Key West, Florida, in February.
