Zapallar is the most exclusive town of the Chilean coast, at a very little distance from Viña de Mar, going North. The magnificent landscaping awaits with one of the best tables in Chile: the restaurant Cala of the Hotel Isla Seca, cozy and luxurious hotel with a peculiar charm.

The chef Paulina Becerra Balmaceda develops gastronomic proposals of great talent, to discover dishes with aromas, colors and flavors that create subtle sensations.

The regional products find perfect companions to highlight the flavors. The crayfish pincers with orange citric or the austral salmon sealed with sautéed vegetables and cheese are the ideal combination for the palate’s pleasure. 

The author’s kitchen is accompaniedwith the best Chilean wines, produced in valleys with ideal weather so that the grapevine can give away gods nectar.
