Having an available capacity for 130 customers, Nick-San is characterized by its open cuisine and the Sushi Bar crosses the full restaurant, with a perfect lightening and minimalist style decor.

The menu is truly creative and unique for many reasons. The Chef Angel Carbajal has made a creation of Japanese Cuisine with a fine mixture of Mexican ingredients, making a constant innovation and caus- ing his dishes to be a real work of art. The quality and flavour of his cuisine have made of Nick-San one of the most recognized and exclusive places at Cabo San Lucas, and a renowned restaurant worldwide.

Showing an unsurpassable style when prepar- ing sushi; in addition, the menu includes fresh local fish, such as Seabass Sashimi, on an exquisite corian- der sauce, the Serranito tuna, and of course the Japanese Hamachi with olive oil, perfumed with curry. And also, a variety of salads, seafood, lobster, meat, all of them with the unique touch of their owners Angel Carbajal and Masayuki Niikura.

Nick San will open its new branch at Palmilla, in order to continue offering its avant-garde menu, and all theNouvelle Cuisine style that has character- ized it along this eleven years of life.
