From February 8 to 10, the second edition of the International Fair for Hotel, Restaurant and Catering took place in Mexico City. This event is organized by Sirha Mexico, originally from Lyon, France. Mexico and France’s culinary history are connected by their designation as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the UNESCO. This occasion is celebrated with the union of two cultures; for this, the most distinguished chefs participated in this edition dedicated to the art of gastronomy based on baking, confectionary, coffee, cheese and wine of the best Mexican selections.
