Sophisticated Cuisine with an Authentic Mediterranean Essence

The renowned Chef-restauranteur Joël Robuchon had a vision: he would open one of the most exclusive restaurants in Monaco at the Metropole hotel. And in 2004, it came to be. Robuchon hand-picked chef Christophe Cussa as head chef and, since then, the restaurant has won multiple awards year after year, including its first Michelin star in 2010, and its second one in 2011. The dining room boasts a solid and modern décor; the ambience is casual and the salon is spacious. Dishes are varied and sumptuous, and include freshly baked petite baguettes, paired with a small bowl with foie grass mousse and topped with parmesan foam, langoustine with truffled ravioli and stewed cabbage, plus smoked and marinated herring served with potatoes, finely chopped onions, and frisee salad. It’s a must. O
