An Institution That Continues to Reinvent Itself in Mesmerizing Ways

The most recognized cuisine establishment in Cannes, the only one which has maintained its two Michelin stars since 1991, and the seat of the best dishes in the city. La Palme d’Or has seen some of the best chefs in France come and go, but since 2008, Christian Sinicropi has not only spearheaded the kitchen, but the entire restaurant itself. Famous for greeting guests at dinner time, Sinicropi uses his talents to create famous dishes, like barbajuan, a fritter of Swiss chard and ricotta that is probably the restaurant’s most famous entrée, bonito tuna paired with rice and avocado sauce with bergamot, and the spectacular seafood medley featuring gamberoni prawns, octopus, and squid with local vegetables.
