Vibrant, modern, and cosmopolitan, Khéma offers an extensive and refined international menu to satisfy all possible palates. Diners here can choose from a nearly endless list of ingredients to create their own dishes, or enjoy a romantic evening with a three-course dinner. Chefs Sivanthonn Sek and Sok Pichdara are creating a contemporary menu that includes all the French classics: coq au vin, steak frites, Toulouse sausage with smashed potatoes, fish en papillote, and seafood vol-au-vent, amongst many others. Khéma has also become well-known thanks to its intricate and original cheese and meat trays, which can be paired with olives, nuts, and marmalades.
