In candle light, there are a variety of organic products such as vegetables, spices and fruits of the Río Sagrado hotel, accompanied by the finest local ingredients. The experience begins with a Harry Cipriani style beef carpaccio with balsamic vinegar and pesto, continues with the ravioli stuffed with eggplant and zucchini in a ragout of mushrooms, or shrimp in honey and tarragon or lamb ribs with sauce, to continue a trout ceviche with local flavors or quinoa risotto and conclude with the Andean temptation mousse and dark chocolate with quinoa.

After enjoying an excellent dinner, one can walk in the gardens and watch the white sky of stars that covers the peaks of the Andes as an elegant robe, making a memorable dinner before returning to his suite and enjoy the night in peace and quiet.

El Huerto is a wonderful experience that allows to discover the local cuisine by a chef who knows how to mix the traditional flavors of the Andes with European and Asian fusion dishes invading the american cuisine.
