Innovative tradition
In 2011 the prestigious Casa Loma Linda opened the doors of its new space at Plaza Carso, a cutting edge concept and a unique proposal of the dining scene in Mexico City. This new commitment from the renowned house of fine cuts has decided to make the best of itself for the sole purpose of merging the tradition of modern space with a exclusive design. In short, innovation with tradition.
Under this premise, the Casa Loma Linda begins a new phase in its history devoted to the opening of an original space in Plaza Carso, the new financial heart of the metropolis. For the design of the new establishment, the prestigious studio of Amin Joshua Suarez and Bornstein was hired.
This time, the designers created an original concept developing two high indoor rooms and an outdoor terrace. For the internal space, the study conducted a functional and elegant style in which industrial steel plate were combined with warmer materials like wood, a set of furniture topped with Spanish firm Gandia Blasco and May from Germany. For the outdoor terrace a truly natural environment was created, through a refined design in a floating garden lamp. And all in perfect harmony with the modern building structures which houses the new Casa Loma Linda.
In a cool and relaxed atmosphere, we can take the time to enjoy some of the finest wines from its extensive and exclusive wine cellar, with options that will satisfy even the most discerning palate. The distribution of tables allows us to admire attractive panoramic views of Museo Soumaya, and chat with friends, accompanied by an aromatic coffee, not even feeling the passage of time.
Undoubtedly, with this groundbreaking project, Casa Loma Linda keeps the trail left by the family ancestors and has established itself as one of the most exclusive restaurants in Mexico, to remain, since 1924, one of the must-visit dining places in the capital. A restaurant that continues to surprise with its traditional and tender cuts of imported meat and homemade desserts, which strive to continue to obtain the distinction of its selected clients.
