Frederick August Otto Schwarz was a German immigrant creator of the toy store that today has his name, was opened in 1872 with the aim of offering to children the most amazing toys in the world. In 1876 he opened a new store due to the growing demand, but after thirty years manages to locate at a fixed branch. 

In 2012 the creator of Fao Scwarz is brought to the Hall of Fame of the toy since due to the toy store brought smiles to children for over 150 years.
