The first integral tourist developer in Los Cabos

It’s important to mention that the 10 hotel lots are occupied by prestigious firms that have taken the region to an international level in terms of resorts, among this firms the Westing, Grand Regina Fraccional, Marquis, Hilton, Meliá Cabo Real, Ventanas Al Paraíso, Casa Del Mar, Dreams and Meliá San Lucas. By the way, this last one is located at Cabo San Lucas, as well as the shopping centers.

Regarding the estate developments El Dorado Golf 6c Beach Club stands out, a private golf course, surrounded bye the most magnificent residences. 

As part of the splendorous development we find Cabo Real Golf Course, a spectacular sea view golf course, which has held prestigious international golf tournaments, including the Senior Slam (senior PGA), the Taylor Made Pro Am and Las Americas Tournament, each of them in different years. This golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II and it’s also known thanks to the spectacular whales that have been seen from its greens in several occasions.

 

Puerto Los Cabos

This integral development is in the middle of 230 hectares located in San José del Cabo. It became operational about the middle of 2004 and it’s defined as a integral urban development mainly focused on local development, that is to say, it has residential lots, condominium lots and commercial lots.
