Playing golf in Cancún is a revitalizing experi-
ence. It is not often that one can enjoy teeing off sur-
rounded by exuberant vegetation, exotic birds and
the whisper of a turquoise sea. The warmth of the

There are nine major golf courses in Cancún’s
tourist zone, greens that have been visited by
Mexican and international celebrities who have par-
ticipated in amateur and professional tournaments

Among them, the most notable are Riviera Cancún,
designed by Jack Nicklaus, Playa Mujeres, created by
