Currently, they have 22 acres of vineyards where they produce the Désirée wine, a muscat made with the Champe- noise method, and the Chasselas, included in the selection of Geneva wines. In Domaine du Chambet they obtain a sugges- tive Gewürstraminer, with a biodynamic viticulture. They also promote La Saline, from Chasselas vines on the La Merlinge plot in Geneva, on the Garmaise road. Actualmente, cuentan con nueve hec- táreas de viñedo donde elaboran el vino Désirée, un muscat hecho con el método Champenoise, y el Chas- selas, incluido en la selección de los vinos de Ginebra. En Domaine du Chambet obtienen un sugesti- vo Gewürstraminer, con una viticultura biodinámica.
