segundos después de entrar al agua; la transición en-

sus ruedas con frenos de disco ayudan a detener el ve-
hículo de tracción trasera al momento, sin necesidad
de hacerlo de forma pausada o lenta, aumentando la
adrenalina de los pasajeros.
Si bien este Quadski es más pesado en compara-
ción a modelos anteriores, su versatilidad compensa
este peso extra; el diseño que es mucho más dinámico
permite dejar atrás el peso físico y ofrece una sensa-
ción de confort y ligereza de inmediato.
Este extraordinario anfibio es resultado de varios
años de investigación y trabajo en Estados Unidos,
Reino Unido y Nueva Zelanda y representa una nueva
forma de transporte que ha revolucionado la forma en
que separamos al mar y la tierra como si no pudieran
vincularse. Es remarcable la forma en que combina el
desplazamiento entre terrenos tan dispares, esto lo
hace un vehículo único en su tipo y en el mundo de
los deportes.
The XL attains around 24 km/h speed on land
and 140 horsepower on water. It also offers an
exclusive rectractable suspension system, mak-
ing it nimble on land, though able to retract
just seconds after entering water, lasting five
seconds the transition from one environ to the
other. Its disc brake-wheels aid to stop the rear-
wheel drive vehicle instantly, without having
to do it gradually or slowly, increasing thus the
passangers’ adrenaline.
Even if this Quadski is heavier than earlier mod-
els, its versatility compensates the extra weight; its
much more dynamic design allows to leave behind
this extra weight and offers a sensation of comfort
and nimbleness.
This outstanding amphibian is the outcome
of several years of research and work in the US,
UK and New Zealand, and it represents a new form
of transportation by revolutionizing the way in
which we separate sea from land, as if they could
not be together. It is remarkable the way in which
it combines the motion among so different ter-
rains, which makes it unique in its category and in
the sportsworld.
