E
l verano ya está aquí, y con él una serie de
nuevos diseños con estampados tribales y
étnicos que presentan psicodélicos patro-
nes geométricos, para crear looks arries-
gados (edge) y de aires bohemios (boho).
Vestidos abstractos con referencias al arte del
graffiti
invaden las pasarelas, así como coloridas
prendas que nos llevan hacia la naturaleza misma,
como si se tratara del paseo por un safari.
La tendencia retro despunta nuevamente, en esta
ocasión contemplando los trajes de baño para el verano
2014. Un viaje en el tiempo a los años 50, donde los mo-
delos y cortes de cada uno de los conjuntos se ajustan
por arriba de la cintura, haciendo recordar a figuras como
Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor o Sophia Loren. Diseños
florales recrean un jardín de fantasía estilizando el cuerpo,
y de esta manera las piezas dejan de ser vistas sólo como
un bañador para convertirse en

casuales.
Por último, y para no dejar de lado los colores
pastel, estos también tendrán notoria presencia
este verano, haciendo lucir más bronceados los
cuerpos deseosos de playa y Sol.

Retro trend stands out again, this time look-
ing at swimsuits for summer 2014. A trip back
in time to the 50s, where textiles are set above
the waist, reminding figures such as Marilyn
Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor or Sophia Loren. Floral
designs recreating a garden fantasy and styling
the body. In this way the swimsuits are no lon-
ger seen only as a bathing suit but in actually
casual outfits.
Finally, and not to leave out the pastel col-
ors, they also have strong presence this summer,
making the eager bodies for beach and sun, look
much more tanned.
