el Palazzetto donde se incluyen unos apartamentos
de lujo, con mayordomo privado, si ese es su deseo.
Restaurante y Spa
Desde su restaurante: El Fortuny se puede divisar en
la noche las luces del Lido a la distancia, mientras las olas
generadas por el agua de la laguna choca suavemente
contralaterraza.Enlanoche,sepuededegustarunacena
exquisita durante unamágica velada en el Cip’s Club.
Los que recomiendan afirman que hay que fiarse
del maître a la hora de elegir un platillo, aunque lo me-
jor es probar alguno de pescado “pues es cierto que el
chef está siempre inspirado”. De postre, recomiendan
el soufflé Nerone, que tarda 40 minutos en ser prepa-
rado pero que según vale la pena esperar.
Para terminar con esta exquisitez, el hotel in-
corporó un spa a sus instalaciones: El Casanova un
lugar apto para consentir y agasajar al cuerpo y
los sentidos, un lugar donde se puede llegar a al-
canzar fácilmente el nirvana.

recommend the Nerone soufflé, which takes
