e le puede reconocer con distintos calificati-
vos característicos de su grandeza. El hotel
más lujoso del mundo, el más alto, el único
que no cuenta con habitaciones -solo suites-, el
único reconocido con siete estrellas y un largo etcé-
tera. No obstante lo anterior lo que resulta paradóji-
co es que el hotel nunca ha “solicitado” ninguno de
esos reconocimientos.
Lo anterior lo señala Marco Nijhof Vicepresidente
Senior de Jumeirah Group para la Región del Golfo, y
responsable de Operaciones del Burj Al Arab, que en
idioma árabe significa, Torre Arábica, y que con sus
27 pisos y una altura de 321 metros, es el hotel más
alto del mundo, situado en el mar, sobre una isla arti-
