Turkish shipyard Sirena Yachts has unveiled Ikagi, its new 36-meter flagship from the Sirena 118 range.
For the manufacturer, this vessel represents the culmination of years of hard work by an international team that includes renowned designers Germán Frers (naval architecture) and Cor D. Rover (interior design), with exterior styling by Sirena.
The yacht is instantly recognizable as part of Sirena Yachts' successful lineup, while simultaneously elevating the brand to new heights. It features the same commanding profile and sharp bow found in the smaller models of the range, as well as the signature rectangular hull windows, elegant stern sections, and a masterful use of volume to create impressive living spaces.
Measuring 36 meters in length with a beam of 7.8 meters, the yacht cuts an imposing figure. Its expansive beach club, sea-view balconies, and spacious foredeck lounges make the most of its proportions, creating versatile areas designed for life on board.
The master suite boasts a unique private foredeck terrace, complemented by fold-down sea balconies at the stern and an optional separate area for the owner.
According to Cagin Genc, CEO of Sirena Marine, Ikagi is a yacht that fully leverages the advantages of composite construction, bringing them into the realm of superyachts.
Technically, the vessel is constructed using fiberglass combined with carbon fiber in the upper decks—utilizing a resin infusion process—which helps reduce both weight and maintenance requirements. As standard, its twin 1,550 hp MAN diesel engines provide a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 16 knots—or up to 18 knots with the more powerful twin 1,990 hp MAN V12 engine package.
