The Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) will celebrate 28 years of being the most important and established boat show in the United Arab Emirates this 2022.
The event, which will be held from March 9-13, will host 400 boat brands and discoveries from leading brands such as San Lorenzo, Feadship, Princess, Makesty, Lurssen, among others.
From Damen Yachting, the SeaXplorer 60 will be presented within the new range of luxury expedition yachts. "An innovative hybrid explorer that will be available for delivery to her owner in 2024."
It is 197 feet with four decks totaling approximately 20,000 square feet of exterior deck and interior area. In addition, it has the capacity to provide all amenities for up to 12 guests for up to 30 days without a port call.
The flagship of innovation: San Lorenzo SX88 has a revolutionary exterior and interior design, the latter by renowned Italian designer Piero Lissoni. It is one of three sizes in the range, SX76, SX88 and SX112.
DIBS will also bring with it the highly anticipated world premiere of Sunreef's 80 Eco Line, a luxury, sustainable and environmentally responsible vessel that combines electric propulsion, sailing performance and the latest green technologies in the industry.
It also features Sunreef Yachts' patented solar power system, making it capable of generating up to 32kWp.
The event will also offer a first look at the new Princess Y85, a triumph of contemporary design. Its wide, sleek profile houses an interior sanctuary that re-establishes the benchmark for modern living.
Another of the most anticipated presentations will be by Cranchi, with the unveiling of the Settantotto 78 which offers a new concept of beauty, with design choices by Christian Grande.
After a two-year hiatus, the Dubai International Boat Show will mark the industry's first large-scale face-to-face event since the Covid-19 pandemic. It will also be the first to take place in Dubai's innovative new marina.
