In the Argentinean Patagonia, inside the Nahuel Huapi National Park and 30 meters down deep in the Traful Lake, a submerged forest can be found. There was an earthquake in 1960 that produced the decline of a forestslope that ended up submerged in the bottom of the lake, with treesstanding up to 30 meters tall showing their tips out of the water that areunbelievably still standing.
