It is known as “the river that forgot to reach the ocean”, although it has also been denominated as “the last eden of Africa.” The Okavango river flows through the desert, granting it life and ending amongst lagoons, channels and islands without reaching the sea; it’s beginning is found near Angola. This is the largest Delta on the planet, it is ideal to admire felienes, hippopotamus and elephants up close, as well as other wild fauna - even lions swimming through the river-, as well as other irrepetible landscapes of Africa. Within this delta you can find Moremi reserve, which is a National Park located i Chobe, where you can find the greatest quantity of African elephants.
