During blooming season, which takes place between July and August, different routes within the region of Provence, in France, will take you through a sea of violet, painted by millions of lavender flowers emanating their exquisite fragrance. Some of the essential locations in this route are: the Luberon Natural Park, la Drôme Provenzal, and the whole area that surrounds Mont Ventoux. You will also enjoy the local cultural heritage and cities like Avignon, Orange, Arles or Aix.
