Since its debut in the 1940s, the Serpenti line has embodied Italian elegance and savoir-faire.
Bulgari's iconic Serpenti collection receives an innovative transformation with the collaboration of MB&F. In their second creative partnership, Bulgari designer Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani and MB&F founder Maximilian Büsser have brought this reptilian symbol to the men's wrist for the first time.
Since its debut in the 1940s, the Serpenti line has embodied Italian elegance and savoir-faire with designs that evoke the sinuous silhouette of a snake.
Historic models such as the Tubogas of the 1960s and the recent Serpenti Tubogas Infinity have cemented its cult status. Until now, however, there has never been a men's version.
The new Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti incorporates MB&F's sophisticated Swiss micro-engineering, highlighting a mechanical movement visible through a sapphire crystal case-back and four sapphire windows. Its design is inspired by the engine of a racing car, with a 14 mm oscillating balance wheel dominating the machinery. The time is displayed on domed aluminum discs, while the 39 mm x 53 mm case is characterized by flowing lines that balance robustness and elegance.
Thanks to an innovative mechanism, the double crowns also act as pivots for the articulated lugs, allowing the watch to be perfectly positioned on the wrist with its fabric strap. Each edition reflects an automotive aesthetic, with colored details reminiscent of the slats of a V12 engine and a meticulous finish that blends tradition and avant-garde.
The Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti is available in three limited editions of 33 pieces each, in rose gold or titanium.
