Some watches are made to be seen. Others, to be experienced. With the new Big Bang Original Soft Touch, Hublot presents a completely new sensory experience.

For the first time, the Manufacture transforms its iconic Big Bang Original using an exclusive textured rubber compound applied to the case, bezel, dial, and strap, creating a unique tactile finish. The Big Bang Original is the purest expression of the Hublot icon—faithful to the unmistakable 2005 design yet reimagined through twenty years of innovation. Today, it serves as the stage for a new breakthrough in materials.

The result is a surface with an extraordinarily soft feel. It is neither a coating nor a surface treatment; it is a new way of constructing a watch. For the first time, Hublot has created a timepiece designed not only to be seen but also to be felt.

Available in black and red, these two new models reinterpret two of Hublot’s most emblematic colors through a completely new tactile language. The exclusive rubber compound is developed via a specific overmolding process, utilizing specially designed tools that integrate the texture directly into the material during production.

Unlike coatings or surface treatments, the texture becomes an intrinsic part of the construction itself. Its unique microscopic surface structure consists of thousands of fine micro-elements, creating exceptional softness to the touch while retaining the durability and resilience characteristic of Hublot’s signature rubber.

The Big Bang Original Soft Touch All Black continues the legacy of one of Hublot’s most striking designs. Introduced in 2006, this monochromatic concept transformed black into a radical expression where the absence of color became a new way to reveal form, architecture, and identity. More than just a color, "All Black" became a hallmark of Hublot’s "Art of Fusion"—the convergence of aesthetics, materials, and innovation.

The Big Bang Original Soft Touch All Red pays tribute to another major milestone in Hublot’s mastery of materials: the creation of the world’s first brightly colored high-tech ceramic. Unveiled in 2018, Hublot’s red ceramic redefined the potential of the material in watchmaking, demonstrating that extreme technical performance and vibrant color could coexist.

Both models are powered by Hublot’s in-house Unico chronograph caliber, an engineering feat that reflects the manufacture's excellence and is based on five patented innovations. The Unico movement integrates a column wheel, a dual-clutch architecture, a layered construction, an optimized gear train, and an H-shaped skeletonized tungsten rotor. It offers a 72-hour power reserve.

Featuring a 43 mm case, the Big Bang Original Soft Touch combines the unmistakable architecture of the original Big Bang with contemporary refinements. The titanium case is partially clad in an exclusive textured rubber compound, while the dial adopts the same material and features a carbon pattern, raised counters, and tone-on-tone inner bezels.
