The Vision watch of Greubel Forsey, won an award known as "Aiguille d'Or" during the Grand Prix of watchmaking of Geneva in it’s  2015 edition.

The jury of the Grand Prix of Watchmaking in Geneva picked this model as the winner of the prize the 29th of October 2015, this is the second time Greubel Forsey is condecorated with this acknowledgement. The first occasion the company won this award was in 2010 with its Double Tourbillon 30° Édition Historique in 5N red gold.

The  Vision model stands out due to it’s  sobriety and precision. It’s creators,  Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey wished to maintain the inner and outer mechanisms intact, as well as the inclination of the tourbillon. However, the heart of the watch is perfectly visible through a glass cupule, while it’s “barrel-polished” surface gives a hint of artisanship to the product, with exquisite detail it gives the firm a transcendental status.

Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey have expressed their gratitude toward this award, as well as the initiative of keep elevating the concept of high contemporary horology, with which they have always demonstrated a compromised attitude.
